About the position: Head of HR
We are looking for a talented and seasoned Head of HR to help SIMIS to move to the to the next level and reach its ambition of excellence in the field of Life Sciences.

About SIMIS
SIMIS is the Real Estate Company within the NMS Group which manages the Bio-Park in Nerviano (MI) – Italy.
SIMIS is a service organization which provides shared facilities, resources and services to International Pharmaceuticals, Biotech, CROs and CDMOs organizations located on the Site.

Responsibilities and main activities:
–     Manage the HR Department at SIMIS
–     Manage the staffing process for all the Group Companies, including recruiting, hiring and on-boarding
–     Ensure the update of the Company organization charts in line with the organizational changes, and support line managers in the finalization of the Job Descriptions
–     Ensure the proper implementation of performance management process for the Company and provide support to line mangers for its implementation
–     Ensure the employees administration for the Company, coordinating the resource dedicated to the related activities and working with the external provider (payroll in outsourcing), in line with laws, national agreement and internal procedures
–     Implement compensation plans & benefit and the related process management, in line with the approved budget and the guidelines received
–     Coordinate the preparation of the labor cost budget and forecast for the employees belonging to the Company in Italy, according to the guidelines defined by CEO and the Head of Finance
–     Provide the needed information in order to ensure the proper accounting of labor costs
–     Guarantee for the Company in Italy the correct application of national collective agreements, labor regulations and Company HR policies
–     In charge of the Employee and Industrial Relations Management for the Company
–     Provide support and guidance to the direct reports (2 HR specialists and 1 HR admin)

Requirements and skills:
–     University Degree in Law, in Economics or in HR
–     10+ years’ experience in HR, with at least 5 years of experience as HR Manager
–     Significant knowledge and autonomy in the management of employees administration, labor cost, labor legislation and Collective National Agreements
–     Excellent soft skills in addition to hard skills
–     Able to work on the Site for at least 4 days per week
–     Italian bilingual
–     English fluent
–     Nice to have : Experience working for an international company in the Life Sciences space
