Nerviano Campus: A location close to the new Innovation and Business district of Milan and the Lombardy region.
The Campus is located in Nerviano (MI) in an area with heterogeneous, industrial and commercial settlements of medium and large dimensions, in correspondence with the S.S. n.33 “Sempione”.
The Campus is really close to:
- The Arexpo site, that will host Human Technopole, an international cross-disciplinary research infrastructure focused on Life Sciences (in 2023 HT will be operational involving 1,500 employees)
- The extra-urban pole of the Milan Fair, the leading exhibition Group in Italy and one of the top in the world in many economic sectors
- The city of Milan, the country’s industrial, financial and media heart.
The Campus was built starting from the beginning of the 60’s to the 90’s on a surface of approximately 180,000 m2, crossed by the river Olona. The South Olona area amounts to approx. 44,000 m2, the North Olona approx. 136,000 m2
The total gross floor area built up is approx. 101,000 m2, with 16,000 m2 of residual area, potentially buildable.
The guardian of our Campus
SIMIS manages the maintenance and valuation of own and third-party property, and carries out all types of real estate activities, focusing on the development, purchase, sale, rental, rationalization, redevelopment and diversification of real estate, as well as related functional services.
SIMIS provides continuous and reliable services for NMS Group’s organizational management, in particular the maintenance of the Nerviano campus, administration and technical management services for civil and industrial buildings (with particular reference to the pharmaceutical sector), and maintenance services for plants and scientific equipment. It’s SIMIS’ mission to keep the Nerviano campus a secure and pleasant environment for all workers and visitors of the NMS group.
Giuseppe Vivolo is the Sole director of SIMIS since 2013, leading the company with more than thirty years of experience in Facility management for international conglomerates.
